Alex StarkALEX STARK, who resides in New York, is an internationally recognized consultant and graduate of the Yale University School of Architecture. Alex advises on issues of design and placement for homes, businesses and corporations. Alex is a recipient of a Ford Foundation scholarship for cross-cultural studies and was named Scholar of the House by Yale University. He has been a consultant to the United Nations Development Program in public health and regional planning. His feng shui work has received a design citation by the Boston Society of Architects.

Alex provides design and consultation services for a wide variety of clients. His practice recognizes the need for sustainability and ecological accountability but also provides a psychological and spiritual context within which to explore these. Because the methods he uses approach nature directly, they are admirably suited to help re-establish relationships to the land, the spiritual forces contained in the earth, and to the communities within which we live or work.

We Stand Out

What separates A Perryville Place from the rest is the philosophy that work and life can coexist. As the upper levels of the development are devoted to business, the lower levels will be teeming with social activities, including high-end salon, fitness, restaurant and entertainment.
