Lynn Martz
As a Property Manager for Summit Real Estate Developments, INC., Lynn is responsible for coordinating Landlord and Tenant needs.Lynn also holds the position of Center Manager at Perryville Business Centers. She has accumulated 35+ years of administrative/management experience in various industries. For the last 15 years she has worked in residential and commercial real estate, with a focus on property management.
Lynn has her Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Education. Professional organizations include Office Business Centers Association International, Rockford Chamber of Commerce. She has held an Illinois Real Estate Sales License, Broker’s License, and is a Graduate of Realtor’s Institute.
Being an active member of Heartland Community Church, she serves on First Impression and Compassion Ministries as well as volunteering on numerous Heartland projects. She loves spending time with her two married daughters, son-in-laws and four grandchildren who live in the Rockford area.
